I have had both the experience of using large insurance companies and small "mom & pop" agencies. Lightship Insurance is a small, locally-owned agency that has served me well for my personal needs. I have talked with a couple of their employees and they have always treated me with respect, with honesty and with understanding. I know they have worked hard to get me the best available policy at a reasonable price; anyone that knows a thing or two about insurance would agree that the cheapest is not always the best (but sometimes the best can be the cheapest). I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance!
