My agent called me about my insurance rate increase to see if she could save me money and she saved me $400 and I got a better policy one year, and more recently I called about what solar panels would add and she called me back with options. I have worked with different agents at Lightship but always got exceptional service. I left once, only to come back to get bailed out when the other agency left me in the lurch.

They always go out of their way to shop for the best rates for our auto, primary residence, and rental property insurance needs. All of the employees are very helpful and kind.
